The Alton CVB is commemorating the 20th Anniversary of the Great Flood of 1993 with 20 days of giveaways! Starting July 13 you could win a dollar amount equal to the crest level of the Mississippi for that day back in ?93. A drawing will be held each day for until August 1, 2013.
